This is the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement (TCOLE) mandated Use of Force in Jail Settings #3504 course offered in an online training course format for Texas Jailers.
This course was developed by TCOLE; reviewed and revised by Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) at TCOLE and the OSS Academy. It is designed to provide the county corrections officer with an understanding of Use of Force situations encountered in a corrections environment. It is also one of the Intermediate Core Courses required by The Commission.
Please note, the entire course (including any applicable course parts), final exam(s), and course evaluation(s) must be completed in order to receive sixteen (16) hours of course credit.
